Puhdistamo's Tripla Magnesium contains three high-quality forms of magnesium: magnesium malate, glycinate and taurate in a balanced combination. Among other things, magnesium promotes muscle function, protein synthesis, energy metabolism and strengthens the skeleton. Triple Magnesium is gentler on the stomach than conventional magnesium and is excellently absorbed.
Vegan product. Developed and manufactured in Finland.
 

Recommended daily dose:1–4 capsules per day. Daily dose contains 94 mg – 375 mg of magnesium equivalent to 25–100% of the recommended daily intake.
