Puhdistamo's Lactic acid bacteria + Boulardii is an effective combination of LactoSpore® lactic acid bacteria and Lynside® Pro SCB yeast. LactoSpore® lactic acid bacteria remain viable even in the harshest conditions of the digestive system and are able to prevent the growth of bacteria that are harmful to the functioning of the intestines with the help of the lactic acid they produce.
LactoSpore® contains a large amount of Bacillus coagulans lactic acid bacteria, which has the unique property of producing spore-shaped bacteria. Thanks to its unique spore form, lactic acid bacteria remain vibrant throughout the digestive tract and work effectively.

Recommended daily dose: 

1-2 capsules if necessary. The capsule can be swallowed as it is with water, or it can be opened and sprinkled with food, drink or directly into the mouth.
